• Payment is made directly to VERYALITY via the Site/App.
• VERYALITY then transfers the payment to the Service Provider to deliver the Services.

12. Cancellation of Service

The User may cancel Services made through the Site/App under the following conditions:

• Cancelling the Service through the specified communication methods.
• Accepting deductions on the refunded amount (for compensation to the Service Provider or a percentage in favor of VERYALITY) for eligible refund cases.
